Read this before you rely on anything on this site. It is short on purpose, and every line matters.
Preview only
Everything on this site, including the app, is a preview. The app asks your wallet for signatures and stores a simulated vault in your browser. No transaction is sent, no funds move and nothing is protected. See Preview vs mainnet.
Not deployed, not audited
There is no deployed vault, no factory contract and no audit report. Any claim to the contrary, anywhere, is false.
Smart contract risk
When the contracts are deployed, they will be software, and software has bugs. A bug could lock funds, lose funds or let someone bypass the delay. An audit reduces this risk; it does not remove it. Only put into a vault what you could afford to lose to a bug.
Stock Token and USDG issuer risk
Stock Tokens and USDG are issued and controlled by third parties. An issuer can pause transfers, freeze addresses, upgrade contracts or stop supporting a token. Hillfort has no power over an issuer and cannot unfreeze what an issuer has frozen. Read the issuer's own terms before you hold their tokens anywhere, including in a vault.
Key management risk
Hillfort reduces the damage a stolen key can do; it does not make keys safe. If both the owner key and the backup key are compromised, or if they share a seed phrase, the vault offers no protection. If the owner key is lost and the silence clause is off, the assets are unreachable. You are responsible for your keys. See What Hillfort protects against, and what it does not.
Token risk
$HILT has not launched. Its supply, distribution and launch details are not final and are not published here. Anything presenting itself as $HILT before an address is posted on @Hillfortrh is not the token. When it launches, it will be a utility token inside a protocol whose contracts are new and whose value may be nothing.

The documentation, the parameters, the design and the app may all change before launch. Where the documentation and the deployed contracts ever disagree, the contracts are what runs. We will publish changes on this site and on @Hillfortrh.
